HOW TO ORDER
BEEF: We sell beef in bulk-quarters, halves, and whole. You will be able to choose your desired cuts of meat. An approximate 10% deposit is due when ordering. Price is established on hanging weight (the weight of carcass at the abattoir). We will deliver to KC and Des Moines area, free of charge.
CHICKEN: 100% of order payment is due in checkout. We do have delivery routes to KC and Des Moines area, free of charge.
